Rooted In Love:

A Somatic Relationship Immersion for Women

Stay connected to yourself while navigating love, attachment, intimacy, & relationship.

You know yourself.

You're capable. Independent. You've built a life that is yours, with people you love and things that matter to you.

You're perceptive. Empathetic. Curious. You think deeply about things. You see complexity. You care about how you affect others. You're willing to look at yourself, take responsibility, grow, and try again.

And you love deeply.

And then there's someone.

Maybe you notice yourself becoming more focused on them. You read into the text that felt different. You notice the slightest shift in their energy. You think about what you want to say—and then edit it.

You tell yourself to just be chill. Not ask for too much. Not seem needy.

And little by little, their experience can become louder than your own.

Things that usually feel clear become harder to hear:

Your needs. Your boundaries. Your desires. Your own knowing.

Somewhere along the way, the question can shift from:

Do I actually want this?

to...

Do they still want me?

And maybe you've wondered how the woman who feels so grounded and clear in so many areas of her life can suddenly feel harder to access here.

But she hasn't gone anywhere.

Rooted in Love is about learning how to stay connected to her—even when the desire to be chosen starts getting louder.

Where Relationship Meets the Body

We are wired for connection. We want to love and be loved. To desire and be desired. To belong. To be chosen.

The work is noticing what happens inside of you when those things begin to matter.

Our work is deeply somatic. Together, we slow those moments down and pay attention to what is happening in real time—in your body, your nervous system, your emotions, and the ways you relate.

At times, our work may also move beyond conversation and into hands-on bodywork, creating another way to listen to and work with what your body is holding/communicating.

Not to judge it. Not to get rid of it. But to become curious about what your body has learned to do in the presence of attachment, intimacy, desire, uncertainty, and love.

And we're not only exploring what happens inside of you. We're looking at the actual relationships in front of you.

The relationship you're in. The person you can't stop thinking about. The conversation you're avoiding. The boundary you're struggling to hold. The thing you want but are afraid to ask for.

We attend to all of it. Body. Relationship. Self.

Not as separate pieces, but as an integrated practice of staying rooted in who you are while opening yourself to love.

Who this work is for:

Whether you're dating, deeply partnered, somewhere in between, or trying to understand a relationship you can't quite let go of—this work isn't about your relationship status.

It's about what happens to your relationship with yourself in the midst of attachment, love, desire, and the longing to be chosen.

This work may be for you if you:

  • Feel grounded and clear in so many areas of your life, but find that harder to access in relationship.

  • Notice yourself becoming smaller, quieter, or more accommodating when connection feels at risk.

  • Spend a lot of energy trying to understand what they want while losing touch with what you want.

  • Know your patterns intellectually, but still find yourself inside of them when attachment gets activated.

  • Want to trust your needs, boundaries, desires, and your own knowing more deeply.

  • Want intimacy and connection without having to become less of yourself to have them.

You don't need to have it all figured out.

You just need to be willing to get curious about what happens when love gets close.

Rooted In Love Immersion

6-Months. One-on-One. Deeply Individualized.

6-months gives us time to actually be in the work.

To notice the patterns that have shaped how you relate, understand them in your body, and begin practicing something different as life unfolds.

You don't need to be dating or in a relationship. We work with what is actually here—past relationships, current relationships, desire, loneliness, boundaries, attachment, intimacy, or whatever is alive for you.

There's no rigid curriculum. We start where you are.

The Immersion Includes…

Weekly Private 90-Minute 1:1 Session

Somatic and relational work centered around what is most alive for you. Sessions may include conversation, present-moment body tracking, emotional processing, embodied practice, and hands-on bodywork.

Integration Support Between Sessions

Support for the moments that happen outside of our sessions—when something gets activated, a pattern becomes visible, or you find yourself at an edge you want to meet differently.

Deeply Individualized Process

No formula. No week-by-week roadmap. Our work responds to you—your body, your relationships, your patterns, and the season of life you're actually in.

Hi, I'm Denise.

I'm a somatic practitioner and bodyworker with a background in mental health counseling. I've spent years working with people around trauma, relationships, emotion, and the nervous system, and over time my work has brought me more and more deeply into the body.

Rooted in Love grew out of something I kept seeing over and over again in my work.

Women who were thoughtful, capable, self-aware, and had often already done a tremendous amount of work on themselves—and yet relationship was still the place where it became hardest to stay connected to what they knew.

Their needs. Their boundaries. Their desires. Their own voice.

And I recognized it because I’Ve known it in myself, too.

I knew what it was like to understand a pattern and still find myself right back inside of it. To know who I was and still feel that knowing get quieter when attachment entered the room.

That has shaped the way I work.

I've become much less interested in simply understanding why we do what we do, and much more interested in what happens when we slow down enough to actually notice it—in the body, in the moment, while it's happening.

Rooted in Love came from wanting to create a space specifically for this.

A place where women can explore who they are in relationship without being told they're too much, too needy, too attached, or that they simply need better boundaries.

A place to get curious.

And a place to keep coming back to yourself.

With warmth,

Denise
