  • Close-up of two people holding hands, one with visible tattoos and a bracelet, lying on a white bed outdoors.

    Individual Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy is a body-centered approach to counseling that integrates traditional talk therapy with awareness of the nervous system, body sensations, emotions, and lived experience. Rather than staying only in the mind, we work with the body as an essential part of the healing process.

In a session, you can expect to:

    • Explore thoughts, emotions, and life experiences through a somatic lens

    • Increase awareness of your body's sensations, patterns, and protective responses

    • Build nervous system capacity, regulation, and resilience

    • Develop a deeper connection with yourself through curiosity and compassionate presence

    • Move toward lasting healing by working with your body—not against it

    60-Minute Session

Ideal for ongoing therapy, focused support, or exploring a specific concern. This session provides space to deepen awareness, build capacity, and integrate body-centered practices into your healing process.

    90-Minute Session

Offers additional time for clients who prefer a slower pace or wish to explore more deeply. The extended session allows for greater reflection, somatic exploration, experiential practices, and integration without feeling rushed.

This work honors the body's innate wisdom, helping you reconnect with yourself, process life's experiences more fully, and create meaningful, lasting change.

  • A person giving a massage on a woman's back outdoors. The woman has red hair and a tattoo of a tree on her shoulder blade. The person giving the massage has tattoos and is wearing a beaded bracelet.

    Emotional Release Bodywork

Emotional Release Bodywork is a hands-on, body-based approach that supports emotional healing by working with the fascia—the body's connective tissue where stress, tension, and emotional experiences are often held.

Using intentional touch, breath, and embodied awareness, ERT creates space for the body to soften, unwind, and release what it is ready to let go of. Every session is unique. Emotional expression may arise, or your experience may be quiet and deeply restorative. The goal isn't to force release—it's to honor your body's wisdom and support healing in the way it naturally unfolds.

    During a session, you may:

    • Receive focused, intuitive pressure on specific areas of the body

    • Increase awareness of your body's sensations, emotions, and protective patterns

    • Release long-held tension or emotions through breath, movement, and embodied awareness

    • Explore early experiences through gentle Inner Child work when appropriate

    • Feel supported in a safe, compassionate, and grounded environment

    • Develop greater trust in your body's innate capacity to heal

    60-Minute Session

Ideal for focused work on a specific area of the body or a particular theme. This option provides time for bodywork and brief integration before the session concludes.

    90-Minute Session

Offers additional time to settle into the work, allowing for a more spacious experience with deeper bodywork, emotional processing, and integration. Many clients find this length especially supportive when exploring long-held patterns or experiencing a significant emotional release.
