Earth Spirit Somatics provides somatic education and body-based therapeutic support focused on nervous system awareness, embodiment, and integration. While I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have extensive training in therapeutic modalities, I am not practicing as a licensed mental health clinician, counselor, or medical provider.

Sessions offered through Earth Spirit Somatics are not mental health counseling or psychotherapy. They do not involve mental health diagnosis, treatment, or clinical documentation, and they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

As a Somatic Practitioner, my role is to offer support, guidance, and integration through non-clinical, body-based practices. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Clients who have received mental health diagnoses are welcome to participate in somatic work as part of a broader support system. All clients are strongly encouraged to maintain relationships with licensed healthcare providers — including therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care physicians — who can provide clinical treatment and medical oversight when needed.
