However, the work I currently offer through Earth Spirit Somatics — Emotional Release Therapy (ERT)— is not provided under my counseling license.

Although the word therapy appears in the name of this modality, please note:

• These sessions are not mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• They do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or clinical documentation.

• They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Instead, ERT and body-based sessions are holistic, somatic, and experiential in nature. They are intended to support personal growth, emotional release, and self-discovery.
