Welcome,
I am Denise…
My professional background includes graduate-level education in counseling and years of experience working in structured, talk therapy professional settings. While I valued that work, I sensed something essential was missing and kept being nudged in another direction- the body. I was drawn to places words couldn’t reach. and search for a modality I could fully trust and believe in.
When I discovered Emotional Release Bodywork, everything shifted. Within days, I signed up for an immersive four-day workshop, and the experience opened me in ways I had never known: I felt lighter, more aligned, and more connected to my truth. I soon enrolled in the full training and became a practitioner of this incredible work. My passion for this practice continues to grow—it’s a modality I value deeply, respect, and feel called to share in service to others.
My work is rooted in the body. Through Emotional Release Bodywork, you can access and release emotions where they are held, allowing healing to take place on a deep, embodied level. I hold a safe, supportive space for you to explore and transform your inner experience. This work helps you move beyond simply understanding your pain—it guides you toward healing, personal growth, self-discovery, and a renewed connection to your inner truth.
In my past, I served in the United States Air Force. That part of my story still shapes me. I understand what it’s like to carry invisible wounds and wrestle with the unique challenges veterans face. It has become part of my mission to hold safe, non-judgmental space for other veterans navigating the lifelong impact of service. All of you is welcome here.
This work changed my life—and I know it can change yours, too. If you’re ready to stop carrying the weight alone, feel your truth in your body, and begin a deeper kind of healing, I’m here to walk with you.
Let's be honest about healing…
Choosing healing and stepping into your own work is not easy. It asks everything of you. It asks you to feel what you’ve spent a lifetime avoiding. It asks you to meet the deepest, most painful parts of yourself that you were taught to hide. And it asks you to trust—your body, your emotions, your own inner knowing.
It can be absolutely terrifying. That fear? It’s not only expected—it’s your guide. Your body and mind are signaling that you’re at the edge of profound change. And you are not alone in that fear. You don’t have to face it by yourself. In this space, we move with it together. We lean into it, witness it, and honor it. We let it guide the process instead of stopping it. What awaits on the other side is nothing short of sacred: relief, clarity, and connection.
This is the work we do through Emotional Release bodywork. We slow down. We listen. We allow. We breathe. We witness. We lean in. We move toward. And we welcome every part of you—especially the parts that have never had a place to be held.
Remember what you’ve always known: You are your own Healer.
