Cancellation Policy

Because this workshop is intentionally limited to six participants and much of the day is structured around partner-based practice and exchange, your registration represents a commitment not only to your own participation, but to the group as a whole.

Payment in full is required to reserve your space.

Workshop registrations are nonrefundable unless your space can be filled by another participant. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. If I am able to fill your space, your workshop payment will be refunded.

Because participants will be paired throughout the day to both give and receive Emotional Release Bodywork, a last-minute cancellation can directly impact another participant’s ability to fully participate in the workshop. This is why I’m unable to guarantee refunds for cancellations.

If Earth Spirit Somatics cancels the workshop, all payments will be refunded in full.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If something comes up that affects your ability to attend, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I’m always happy to have a conversation and see what may be possible.
